Easy Returns & Exchanges – UAE-Wide

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@smamz.ae or WhatsApp us at +971523934913 within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Get Confirmation: We’ll guide you through the process and confirm your eligibility.

  3. Courier Pickup/Drop-off: We’ll arrange a return pickup or provide you with the return address, depending on your location.

  4. Refund/Exchange Issued: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after item inspection for the refund to be processed.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free within the UAE.

  • You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be required to pay the difference.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or socks (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We sincerely apologize! If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
