At SMAMZ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make things right.
Easy Returns & Exchanges – UAE-Wide
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- 
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
- 
Tags and original packaging must be intact 
- 
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase 
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- 
Contact Us: Email us at info@smamz.ae or WhatsApp us at +971523934913 within 14 days of receiving your order. 
- 
Get Confirmation: We’ll guide you through the process and confirm your eligibility. 
- 
Courier Pickup/Drop-off: We’ll arrange a return pickup or provide you with the return address, depending on your location. 
- 
Refund/Exchange Issued: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your request. 
Refunds
- 
Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method. 
- 
Please allow 7–10 business days after item inspection for the refund to be processed. 
- 
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. 
Exchanges
- 
Exchanges are free within the UAE. 
- 
You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability). 
- 
If the new item costs more, you’ll be required to pay the difference. 
Items Not Eligible for Return
- 
Sale or discounted items 
- 
Lingerie, swimwear, or socks (due to hygiene reasons) 
- 
Custom or personalized orders 
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We sincerely apologize! If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
